OCR description
The business associate, West Suburban Eye Surgery Center, LLC, reported that it discovered a misconfiguration within the electronic health records system that could have permitted an unauthenticated person to access protected health information (PHI); however, after further review, it was determined that a breach did not occur, so the case was closed.
