OCR description
On March 2, 2016, Santa Fe Medical Group/Atrinea Health filed for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition and provided OCR documentation of such petition. Under these circumstances Santa Fe Medical Group/Atrinea Health is no longer a covered entity and is not subject to the requirements of HIPAA.
