OCR description
On February 7, 2018, OCR received notification from Integrity Transitional Hospital's Chief Operating Officer that Integrity ceased all healthcare business activities, effective September 1, 2017. OCR verified this information. Under these circumstances Integrity is no longer a covered entity and is not subject to the requirements of HIPAA.
