OCR description
Salih M. Mayalidag Dental Corp., doing business as Bright and White Family Dental, reported that it was the victim of a ransomware attack that affected the electronic protected health information (ePHI) of approximately 6,000 individuals. The ePHI involved included names, addresses, birthdates, drivers’ license information, claims data, clinical information, and financial information. In its mitigation efforts, the CE implemented additional security safeguards.
