OCR description
The covered entity (CE), Arnot Health, reported that its business associate (BA) experienced a ransomware attack that compromised the protected health information (PHI) of 1,164 individuals. The PHI involved included names, addresses, diagnoses, claims information, and medication information. The CE notified HHS and the BA notified affected individuals and the media.
