OCR description
The covered entity (CE), Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, reported that is business associate experienced a ransomware attack that affected the electronic protected health information (ePHI) of 73,536 individuals. The ePHI involved included names, mailing addresses, email addresses, dates of birth, and telephone numbers. The CE notified HHS, affected individuals, and the media.
