OCR description
Body by Ravi Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics reported that it was the victim of a cyber-attack that affected the electronic protected health information (ePHI) of 2,618 individuals. Upon further review, OCR determined that the entity did not meet the definition of a covered entity or business associate and the investigation was closed.
