OCR description
The covered entity (CE), Open Upright MRI dba Woodbridge Radiology, reported that it experienced a cybersecurity incident that compromised the protected health information of 25,272 individuals. During the course of the investigation, OCR leaned that Woodbridge Radiology was no longer in business. After review, it was determined that the entity was no longer a CE under the HIPAA Rules and therefore, the case was closed.
