OCR description
JEV Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics (JEV) reported that it was the victim of a cyber-attack that affected the protected health information (PHI) of 1,620 individuals. Upon review, it was determined that JEV was not a covered entity and OCR, therefore, has no jurisdiction of this matter. The investigation was closed.
