OCR description
The covered entity (CE), OneHome Health Solutions, reported that a laptop computer containing the protected health information (PHI) of 15,401 individuals was stolen from an employee’s home. The CE notified HHS, affected individuals, and local law enforcement. In its mitigation efforts, the CE implemented additional administrative and technical safeguards to better protect PHI.
