OCR description
Wayne Family Practice Associates, PC reported that it experienced an IT incident that affected the protected health information (PHI) of 485 patients of the CE. The PHI included clinical, demographic, and financial information. After conducting a review of this entity, OCR has determined that it is not a “covered entity” as defined by regulations, and therefore we have no jurisdiction to investigate further.
