OCR description
Monument, the business associate (BA) reported that it disclosed the protected health information (PHI) of 108,584 individuals to third party tracking technologies, including, but not limited to, Meta, Google, Bing, and Pinterest. Monument notified HHS, the affected individuals, and the media. In response to the breach, the BA removed all third-party tracking technologies from its online platforms.
