OCR description
The covered entity (CE), Healix Infusion Therapy, LLC, reported that an unauthorized threat actor gained access to the protected health information (PHI) of 10,277 individuals. The PHI involved include clinical, demographic, and financial information. The CE notified HHS and the affected individuals. In response to the breach, the CE implemented additional administrative, technical, and security safeguards to better protect its PHI.
