OCR description
The covered entity (CE), Gastroenterology Associates of Central Florida - Center for Digestive Health, reported that it experienced a cyberattack that compromised the protected health information (PHI) of 121,693 individuals. The PHI involved clinical and demographic information. The CE notified HHS, the affected individuals, and the media. The CE implemented additional administrative, technical, and security safeguards to better protect its PHI.
