OCR description
Pocahontas Medical Clinic, the covered entity(CE) reported that it experienced a hacking attack that compromised the protected health information (PHI) of 31,216 individuals. The PHI involved included clinical and demographic information. In its mitigation efforts, the CE implemented additional administrative, technical, and security safeguards to better protect its sensitive data.
