OCR description
Riverview Health, the covered entity (CE), reported that it experienced a cyberattack that compromised the protected health information (PHI) of 1,562 individuals. The PHI involved included names, addresses, dates of birth, diagnoses, conditions, and medications. The CE notified HHS, affected individuals, and the media. The CE implemented additional technical safeguards to better protect sensitive data.
