OCR description
The covered entity (CE), Children’s Home & Aid dba Brightpoint, reported that an employee was the subject of an email phishing scheme that affected the protected health information (PHI) of 1,051 individuals. The CE reported that the PHI included demographic, financial and clinical information. The CE provided notice to HHS, the affected individuals, and the media. The CE implemented additional administrative, technical, and security safeguards to better protect its PHI.
